I learned that I am a victim of identity theft,mail theft,abuse of my identity. I lost my home of eighteen years, because First Tennessee Bank didn't notify me in the fifteen days prior to the meeting transferring my loan. I was under wage earner and the bank was well of that,yet the courts wasn't notified either. In 2005 I filed a medical malpractice law sue,due to a near death experience. I was flown to Vanderbilt due to acute renal failure and accute pancreatitis. I was told I needed a liver transplant. My former employer WM Barr did not report to authorities my 941 Aflac short disability. The company and family members were told I would passwaya if didn't have the transplant. My death was being prepared with out my knowledge. A w-7 have been created using my personal information. Tax returns have been filed using my personal information. When I learned of all the abuse with my information , I was forced to file bankruptcy. I submitted a change of address to the US Postal Service and was told my mail couldn't be transferred to an individual from a company. I don't have a business,yet I've seen postage a relative home that have Crittenden Cleaning Service. I began using my maiden name in 2011,when my laptop was hacked into and all of my files was stolen. I went to the FBI and I was told that it was an inside job. I have been working to clean my credit reports up. I have become homeless as a result of the fraudulent activity. I've notified Consumer Financial Protection Buearu and FTC. W M Barr & Co
Wasn't reporting their control number or their employers identification number on my W-2'S. I recently reported this to social security. I am deprived of health care, because others was abusing my personal information to get health care insurance. I no longer have transportation.
