In January 2007, Tyler was falsely accused & arrested for Domestic Violence against Danielle -- altho Tyler was later exonerated when letters surfaced proving Danielle had falsified the Police Report in exchange for money & sympathy from her parents.
After this arrest & throughout the entirety of the six month long Restraining Order, Danielle continued to see Tyler and a few hours after being released from jail for the Domestic Violence charges that Danielle herself filed, their son, Landon, was conceived.
When seeing the Judge to have his charges reversed, Danielle wore larger clothing to hide her pregnancy from the Judge. If the Judge had seen she was pregnant he would know they violated that order & they would both face charges.
What State & Law Enforcement fail to recognize is that from 2009-2014 she played the "Domestic Abuse Survivor" card which gave her sympathy & services for herself which painted a bad image for Tyler who had been arrested for her Domestic Violence but she never told anyone that it was a lie.
Danielle was charged in 2008 for Filing a False Police Report & was on Informal Probation for 1 year.
In 2009, Danielle began using the "I am a Domestic Abuse survivor" under different user names & began posting "please help me, my husband is abusive" posts.
In 2010 she began to receive financial services from Domestic Violence groups & began posting in Yahoo Groups & Reddit as user SweetPea713, "how can I erase my husband from my child".
In mid 2009-2010 she began false posts & created a fake diary (similar to the plot synopsis of "Gone Girl") & in 2010 filed for divorce from Tyler. Divorce
Because of her aged posts that showed Police years of 'fake abuse' and was filing for divorce she played the Domestic Violence card AGAIN & on this restraining order had Tyler arrested & charged with violating a restraining order for going to her work -- Farmer's Market in Anaheim -- and giving legal documents to her co-worker.
Danielle had painted visions of abuse to her co-workers for years -- abuse that NEVER happened.
In May of 2010, Tyler & Danielle saw Judge Nancy Pollard -- a Domestic Violence survivor herself always sided with women so without looking at any paper work the judge ordered Tyler to complete 40-weeks of Anger Management (12 weeks were completed in the first case).
In 2010 Tyler could not win this case that Danielle had built with lies. On top of these lies she had faked "evidence" for years behind Tyler's back.
In 2010 she let Tyler's mother, Karen Bodrogi, babysit Landon while she began seeing a man named Daniel Boutilier.
Tyler & his fiancee Jayme took advantage of those opportunities to see his son. He was risking a Second Restraining Order violation but seeing his son again was more important.
Eventually Danielle had learned of these secret encounters & began to cut out Tyler's mother from visitations and notified Police so Tyler would be arrested.
In 2010-2011 a new judge was presided over the Bruening v. Ward case because the former judge, Nancy Pollard, was removed from the case after petitions from Tyler and 25,000 other Father's who had their sons taken away & were wrongly sentenced to do 52-weeks of Anger Management classes which cost $125 a class.
The County of Orange is corrupt & doesn't rehabilitate Domestic Abusers they just watch movies.
Tyler had found the name "Landon" during one of these "sessions" years prior & constantly complained to the Judges that not only were the classes too expensive but they didn't rehabilitate.
On November 10, 2007 on the Eve of his sons birthday his son Landon said, "Daddy, I don't like my new daddy he hurts me and..." at which point Tyler was disconnected by Danielle and has never heard from his son since.
November 11, 2007 was the start of when Danielle began violating the Judge Orders of allowing Tyler a phone call of 10 minutes to his son, Landon.
In 2017, Tyler found on Google that Danielle's Husband, Daniel Boutilier, was legally adopting his son to further erasing all memory of Tyler from Landon.
In 2011 It is believed she legally changed Landon's last name from Ward to Boutilier because she gave birth to a daughter & doesn't want Landon questioning where he came from.
In 2020, Fiscal Services sent Tyler a letter saying Orange County Child Support took his $1,200 Stimulus & that he still owes the county $30,000 in "Domestic Abuse" & "Child" services that Danielle took advantage of during the time Tyler was Father to Landon (2007-2017) thus furthering his suspicions that Landon may not be his son anymore.
Tyler is now engaged to Jayme C. Lahti & they both reside in Placentia, California.
Danielle Bruening violated the court orders to allow Tyler 10 minutes on the phone with his son every Sunday on November 10, 2007 -- the day before his son's birthday while on the phone you heard the child say, "daddy.... Umm, I don't like my new daddy he hurts m..." And the phone was cut off.
Danielle ceased all communications and violated court orders.
In 2008 Tyler discovered on Google that Danielle Marie Bruening Boutilier had allowed her husband to adopt his own child.
