His experience in client management, coupled with his experiences in prison provided Richard with the knowledge and skills necessary to become one of the most successful Field Directors for Prison Fellowship, the largest non-profit in-prison ministry in the world. Richard is happily married to Deborah Swiger and the father of three boys, Benjamin, Zachary and Joseph.
