I would like to set the story straight about my "criminal" record. While driving in Ada, OK one day I had a vehicle accident and passed out. When the police arrived I was not responsive to their questions. They gave me a "nose test" and a "walking test" and determined that I was on drugs. They handcuffed me and took me to jail where I spent four hours without a bathroom or water. I was 64 I believe at the time. I paid a $300 bail after they did a drug test. I went to court and they found that the drug test was negative except for my heart medication and probably had suffered a mild heart attack. That record was supposed to be suspended from my record but apparently it was not. It was the most humiliating experience in my life. I am a Christian Woman who understands that there are people out there who use drugs and drive but I was not one of those people. I was treated disrespectfully by the Ada Police Dept and the Justice System. My only crime was perhaps following too closely to the car in front which caused the accident in the first place.   Full Summary
