Drops filth all over the floor wherever he walks. There are pests such as rodents and roaches because it’s such a hovel, there is actual mold and rodents feces in the kitchen and bath. Doesn’t clean. Cooks and walks away from a destroyed mess of a kitchen and doesn’t touch a single dish he dirties. Keeps piled stacks of garbage in the house and outside. Puts people on the couch to sleep there for months and collects extra rent from them illegally. He and his girlfriend Joell get wasted drunk every single night and have loud fights and parties. Promised to smoke outside and when that was expected made a big stink about it taking weeks to actually do as promised. His attitude is nasty and pathetic with a giant little ego and the epitome of man child. Throws personal items all over the house and yard. Gets angry if you clean up and harasses you constantly with pettiness and nasty abusive language if you so much as pick up the hose he left crumpled up in the front yard and put it away. Demands respect and gives none.
