Laurie's story is that life happens. Life happens so fast, so amazingly fast! I remember thinking my Mom was out of her mind hearing her say when I was a kid how life is short, or there's never enough time in life to do all that one wants to do...
Now that I am in the 50 club, on the really low end of it, of course! I look in the mirror, or at one of my amazing daughters, they are 16 and 20 years of age...Where did all the time go? Am I approaching senior citizen age requirements? I think and ponder about the time concept, how right my Mom was and still always is, life is short, there is never enough time. I think and ponder about the age concept, can't believe when I write that number on a piece of paper that it belongs to me....51....OMG!!! Altogether, these thoughts bring a big smile to my face, gratitude in my heart and soul, and the feeling of being lucky and excited to live life as fully as possible each day. To be thankful each day. I have had an amazing life, and still am with so much more living to experience. I 've learned through all my living, age is irrelevant, time is irrelevant...living, loving, sharing, believing, these are what one ought to focus on....Life just happens, and because life happens so fast, focussing on time, focusing on age is just a waste. To focus on living, loving, sharing, believing adds so much to our experience here on earth...our experience on earth is not in our control, controlled by time and controlled by the length we live.
