I am a bubbly, positive, outgoing, funny & kind. I am first a lady and second always the OK Hall of Fame Coaches baby girl. Act just like my Dad, look just like my Mom. ♥️
I am proud to say I have several wonderful talents that make me the person I am today! Here are a few things close friends and ppl I meet off the cuff have remarked about me.

I love my neighbors! My current residence since Sept of 2017 is at 500 NW 31st Street in Okc OK located in Paseo the Arts District. I got this home under PMSI all of it needing extensive work and they supplied all the materials. It was actually really fun and I learned a lot doing it! This home is 120 yrs old so what I recently uncovered pulling up the subfloor and carpeting was overwhelming indeed..I had no idea the floor and foundation were on their last leg so to speak. I can't do the subfloor on my own. So I will simply smile and appreciate all the good memories and life lessons!
It is what I shall do moving forward. Trusting that change is on the horizon... Believing in God's plan! Lets just say I worked my honey off making the neighbors proud. I wanted Charles wife to be able to see the beautiful downtown buildings from her front porch in her last days on earth... so I put in a good 2 yrs just doing extensive pruning tree removal landscaping etc.. She almost injured herself to come to the stairs and hug me while she cried, made me feel so good.. That was a good day! She just wanted to thank me for making the sidewalk and east side completely open for pedestrians to walk and enjoy safely and for my friends to enjoy the the sights from my home. But Mrs. Maher raved over the perfect view from her daily/nightly front porch sessions swinging happily every night.. She passed happy and for that I am tickled. I am not perfect, but I will do kind gestures to make people smile always... we all need more of that in today's crazy world!
I always seem to rent or live in my residences approx 4 to 5 yrs. Its kind of weird. Always 4 4 4. Is it a pattern? Not sure! And forever I will always recall my dear friend Ashley, a boat tour guide who travels the nation going boat to boat teaching history etc...one fine day saying..."Janet Lynn you are absolutely the most positive human I have ever met! It truly makes you a joy to be around and all your friends are lucky to have you! Don't ever change, we love that about you!"
My heart was full over the kind words! I do the best I can with what I got! And smile all the while doing it!
I love to take care of my lawn, garden, home, my car, my office space, help my Mom prune or sister clean her pool, play with my niece and nephews and forever I will support my near and dear football family. Bubba was Oklahoma Coach of the year recently and his championship undefeated QB was THE NFL's 2021FIRST ROUND DRAFT PICK!! Way to go Coach Scott Harmon and Arizona Cardinals #25 Zaven Collins. HARMONS LOVE SPORTS! I guess they call that taking pride in your family, friends, and loving the things you have by caring for them. Its all about giving T L C!
