Deborah Hejka's birthday is 07/03/1962 and is 58 years old. Before moving to City of Westmont, IL, Deborah lived in Woodridge IL. While living in Westmont at 527 W. 61st Street #D, she was abused/retaliated against by Owner David Sasai & his favored tenants in Unit #A Marguerite Malloy (who used to live in #C being accommodated for by David Sasai living by herself in a 2 bedroom before some accommodation to the first floor #A) & #B Nichole Rabenda/Andrew Pavesich (appearing Pavesich was not supposed to be there at this time & only Rabenda/child were to be) after filing with the Illinois Dept. of Human Rights due to disabilities Owner did not want to accommodate for, coming after a favorable disability determination mid 2017, which is when their behaviors/conspiring escalated including harassment by phone via email by Owner. The unwillingness to work with a disabled tenant when Owner was made aware of tenant's disabling conditions before move in of 11/2014, during tenancy & when he terminated tenant in a retaliatory fashion, screams Fair Housing Violations. Owner claimed to accommodate to IDHR but if that were the case, then Owner would have been willing to communicate & work with disabled tenant allowing more time to find a unit suitable due to disabilities but that was not the case & after claiming to accommodate even when tenant made a good faith effort to pay rent stopping at Owners home with a disabled Vietnam Veteran (Richard W.) who advised owner he was disabled & we were needing more time to locate a unit for tenant, Owner looked at him then tenant with her child & said oh, so you are disable like she is & neither of you understand anything. TWO days later this accommodating Owner filed against tenant in court. This is how well Owner worked with this disabled tenant as he did not like that tenant filed against him with IDHR, so not only was this a violation of Fair Housing Laws but also Retaliation against tenant for REPORTING to a Government Entity. Prior tenants in #B before Rabenda/Pavesich were Helen Skowronek who lived together with her son Danny Skowronek, (Section 8) that could do no wrong whereas Danny lied to Owner Dave Sasai like he did about other tenants they collectively did not like & it appeared that is what was wanted. Another Section 8 tenant was allowed to move into #C where it was claimed only female & child were to be living there, but the baby daddy was there also & appeared to be married. They were allowed to move out before their lease ended in order to keep their Section 8 voucher from what Owner advised.
