Sasai REFUSED to deal with disabled tenant so tenant went to his residence in a good faith effort to pay rent as well as request accommodation in his policies to allow more time to find an accommodating/accepting unit due to tenants disabilities. Tenant went to Sasai's with a Disabled Vietnam Vet & when Vet advised he was a disabled vet, said oh you are disabled like she is & neither of you understand anything. Sasai said to Disabled Vet that tenant just wants another black mark. Sasai then called Darien P.D. found out by disabled tenant after tenant left & 2 days later filed against disabled tenant in court. When court date came, Sasai's Attorney was there & gone dismissing the case without prejudice as it appeared he did not want tenant to advise Judge what really occurred. Sasai confiscated tenant's Security Deposit, wanting more based on false accusations by his favored tenants Marguerite M., & Nicole R/Andrew P. All LIES against disabled tenant. It appears Sasai would do things that may not have been on the up & up for these other tenant's and previous one's but REFUSED to accommodate/utilize Fair Housing Laws in dealing with a tenant before, during & at the end of lease.
