Christian Matteis is a private jet pioneer. Currently Matteis is the CEO and Chairman of the board at Universal Jet where he is always on the run to meet the next challenge. You might see him on his way to meet and greet one of his many celebrity clients ranging from movie stars, professional athletes and top recording artists and fly them to places unknown or running on the beach just before sunrise he prides himself on staying in top shape as a former Golden glove boxer, All-American football player and MMA fighter. A believer in healthy mind healthy body. You won't see him sit idle or bemoan. One reason is because life has been good to Matteis and also because he views fate as something to shape and control. It seems that Matteis is good at actualizing the visual panorama of his desires. As the CEO of one of the fastest growing companies in in the country, Matteis knows what it takes to succeed. When in doubt he looks to his mentors. "If I have a question I'll say to myself, 'What would Vincent Lombardi do.'" If you're not familiar with Mr. Lombardi he was the head coach of the Green Bay Packers and was inducted into the NFL Football Hall of Fame. He also led his team to three straight championships and five wins in seven years. The same could be said about Matteis. He was the co-founder and President of Halcyon Jets in 2007 and built it into an extremely profitable and high profile publicly traded company flying VIP's and celebrities around the world from there he went to Universal Jet and continued what he calls his "relentless work ethic." Work ethic is what distinguishes Matteis from his peers. He is constantly in motion meeting clients and picking up VIP's and celebrities and flying them to their destinations. Mr. Matteis in 2000 founded BlueStarJets which you might have heard of if you ever saw the movie "Wall Street." He has been featured in many Hollywood films and is currently under contract for a book movie deal of his own by a major Hollywood production company. Prior to his success in Private Jets he was a producer of two reality TV shows which later where acquired by MTV networks. Matteis also oversees a family trust with investments around the globe and has been involved with hundreds of charities over the years.
