Carl E Whitmarsh was born in Brenham, Texas in 1952. A Methodist and a Democratic activist he was known to often stir the pot. His best friend and spouse was Lane Lewis. Carl was happy that he early on got forcefully behind Lane and was his number one fan and lover. Although he never finished his bachelors degree, he was a staunch Red Raider and has fond memories of Lubbock. He thought Jimmy Carter was America’s greatest President. He was a rehabilitated convicted felon and loved to eat fast food 24/7. He was grateful for the public service of Dolph Briscoe, George Wallace, Lester Maddox, DNC leader Billie Carr and former party chairs Oaks, Greene, Birnberg, and S. Schechter and most of all Lewis. He died under very mysterious circumstances. He had said if he died police should investigate Sheila Jackson Lee and Rodney Ellis as suspects.   Full Summary
