About My Personal Life I married my childhood sweetheart, Doris nee Greene, and we have two adult childern, Edward and Dorcas; she just graduated from Rahway High School (2005). We've been happily married for 27 years (she puts up with a lot of stuff from me) and we are still discovering new things about each other. God has kept me alive as I needed triple-bypass surgery in Dec '04; I no longer work but I am a preacher and I'll do that until I die. I'm still a radical but now it's for Christ. I received my Master of Divinity degree with a concentration in Urban Ministry from New Brunswick Seminary in 1995. I've worked at various careers, but my last was as a Substitute Teacher in RHS! About My Personal Life My name is George Taylor, Jr. After graduating from Laney I took three and a half years off to work odd and end jobs. After that, in 2000 I went to both Tallahassee Community College & Florida State University where I studied film production and music composition. I am back in Augusta now starting two businesses. One business is a non-profit organization called the Augusta Filmmakers Organization in which I am one of the co-founders. The other is Family World Communications in which I am the founder, president, CEO, and executive producer of all children's and family entertainment projects in all forms of film, television, theatre, & music. About My School Life The first two years were kind of boring. The only thing I did was studied and band practices. My 11th and 12th grade years I began to open up more as a person. About My Work Life I am Director of Medical Operations of a newly lauched diabetes treatment based upon weekly intravenous pulses of insulin given in an outpatient setting. My role is to manage initial contacts with industry, academia, and hospitals to recruit staff, initiate funding models, and design clinical studies. It is a national and international undertaking so entails significant travel. Fortunately for me, I am able to often take along my wife of 35 years - a great gal who has brought immeasurable joy and happiness to my life.
